Who is CyberWolf Technologies LLC?

CyberWolf Technologies LLC  is a company founded by Glenn R. Beach specifically to serve U.S. Government agencies and the Department of Defense and IC.

CWT is a small business entity. The company’s sole mission is to solve some of the most difficult problems faced by our Government, particularly in the national defense arena.  It provides innovative solutions and leverages both large and small businesses to serve as either subcontractors and/or team members to deliver advanced capabilities under CyberWolf Technologies leadership. CWT also taps into various key industry personnel including engineers, former military and IC leadership individuals, and subject matter experts to assist in accomplishing its core mission objectives.

Mr. Beach has had a very successful career spanning over 46 years as of January 2023.

He started his career in Westinghouse Defense located in Baltimore Maryland (now Northrop Grumman Corporation) and left that work early in his career after being granted the prestigious position of  “Fellow” (FIMechE) in the engineering profession at a young age. He specialized in both mechanical and aerospace engineering design activities, and has multiple patents to his credit. He has supported all branches of the U.S. military and various agencies within the U.S. Government and IC throughout his long career.

Mr. Beach was a co-founder of TCOM LP, basedin Columbia Maryland,  and served as the vice president for Engineering and Research for many years. In his role the company developed advanced airborne surveillance systems and the business continues to support he U.S. Government for many applications.

That activity was followed by founding Paradigm Technologies LLC in the state of Maryland, and he worked with several Government agencies on various defense missions.

After Paradigm, Mr. Beach was a co-founder of Centauri Solutions LLC located in Virginia, where he was a managing partner and served supporting U.S. Government needs in the intelligence and surveillance arena.  Work at Centauri included focus on counter IED and counter insurgency work, and also IC work supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency. Mr. Beach also led development of an advanced tactical UAS with his engineering team under direction of Dr. Candace Clary,  and worked closely with the Maryland-based Pax River Naval Air Station.

After Centauri was sold to a major defense firm, he became a co-founder and owner of PAE ISR LLC, a joint venture between PAE and the American Operations Corporation which focused its efforts on developing a Group 3 tactical UAS.  During this time period, Mr. Beach and his colleague Dr. Candace Clary led the development of the Resolute Eagle Group 3 UAS, which obtained full approval and certification for deployment by exceeding stringent NAVAIR requirements.

He also founded CyberWolf Technologies LLC in 2014 as an independent small business, and CWT was initially sponsored by the NSA small business program office.

Amongst his many patents, Mr. Beach was the inventor of the unique and ground-breaking mobile VLF transmission antenna system for worldwide communications with the U.S. submarine fleet. He also developed the concept and advanced materials enabling a revolutionary capability using a deployable decoy and ultra-high-strength “high voltage electro-optical” trailing tether for protection of U.S. fighter planes from attack via adversary ground to air missiles.  He was also instrumental in the creation of the persistent airborne platform for the JLENS Missile Defense Program. These are only a few of his contributions to science, technology, and national defense needs.

After semi-retirement in September 2017,  Mr. Beach re-engaged in several new technology developments to serve the U.S. military.  One is the design of an extremely capable and unparalleled tactical unmanned air system with VTOL and beyond-line-of-sight capability. This system is envisioned to become the most capable expeditionary Group 3 tactical UAS in the world. CyberWolf Technologies is currently working with both Mr. Beach and his partner, Dr. Candace Clary, to seek funding for this activity.

In addition to the UAS work, CyberWolf Technologies supports new space missions. The work includes space propulsion elements, and spacecraft communications networks. Until January 2023, Mr. Beach directly supported a business which had been under contract to NASA and proposed innovative concepts for new space activities.

Since that time in early CY 2023, Mr. Beach assisted several engineers he worked with in “New Space” to set up a business working on a lunar lander and advanced satellite space propulsion systems. They are also working on a nuclear power system intended for space deployment. Mr. Beach currently serves as Senior Advisor to the business and provides guidance on all aspects of the business. The new start-up business is called Serenity Space Technologies LLC. It is headquartered in Maryland.

In its capacity supporting industry, Mr. Beach through CyberWolf is also able to facilitate the provisioning of TAA compliant computer systems to qualified agencies and businesses supporting both Federal or State Governments.

In summary, CyberWolf Technologies LLC was formed to seek innovative ideas and technical approaches for the purpose of providing our nation’s warfighters with the most capable equipment and technologies in the world. Affordability has been a crucial element in all our approaches. The company is proudly headquartered in the State of Maryland.

Mr. Beach has a long history of working with all U.S. Government agencies, private industry, and he has lived several years working internationally in Germany and the United Kingdom on both commercial and U.S. Defense programs. His hands-on experience with international business spans working with several countries and entities.

The combined team and resources of CyberWolf Technologies LLC plan to continue bringing several new concepts, products, and solutions forward to the U.S. Government, and also to entities supporting the U.S. Government in various missions, including DoD, the IC, and Space.
